Refund Policy

At OverDressed Much we want you to be happy with your purchase and want every transaction to be a positive and effortless experience. However, if you are not satisfied with your order we will gladly offer STORE CREDIT for the purchased goods or processed for an EXCHANGE.

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds but we do offer an online STORE CREDIT OR EXCHANGE for the value of the item/s. To be eligible for a store credit or exchange your item/s must be returned in their original condition with the tags attached, unworn or unused, receipt and returns form.  To complete and expedite your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase that is always provided with all transactions, to be included with the goods being sent back. 

We ask that you contact us at support@overdressedmuch.com within 5 days of receiving the items to begin the process. 

We have to receive the merchandise within 7 days after delivery date in Canada and 15 days outside of Canada.

Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns or exchanges back to us. We recommend sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received. 

OverDressed Much will not be responsible for shipping and handling back to the customer on their EXCHANGES ONLY.
