We utilitze multipile shipping carriers to deliver packages within Canada and USA. Once your payment is verified and processed it can take 3 to 5 business days for your order to ship.
Due to covid we do not currently offer an express shipping option, also please expect general shipping delays due to the pandemic.

Just because you aren't in Canada doesn't mean you should have to wait weeks to receive your merchandise. All US orders are shipped via USPS and International orders will be handled by your local postal service once arriving into your country.

If you are returning an order, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please note that all estimated shipping times are after the order has been shipped. If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is return to the store you will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (minus shipping fee). Please carefully check your address. In the event that you request your order to be reshipped there will be a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once your package is marked as delivered.
